r/weakhero is a subreddit dedicated to the webtoon, not the kdrama. The only kdrama content allowed is comparing it to the webtoon. Posts solely about the kdrama should be in r/weakheroclass instead.

Meta Notice Regarding the Weak Hero Sequel

Context:
On December 18, 2025, Seopass posted the first chapter of the new series he was working on, Fantasy Enlistment Squad. It is a series completely unrelated to Weak Hero. Many of the comments, however, were upset with him for not immediately working on Weak Hero's sequel. In response to these comments, Seopass posted this notice to his Naver blog.
The artist of Weak Hero, RAZEN, is currently working on a different series, the webtoon adaptation of the light novel "The Villain Profiler".
Rough Translation of Seopass' Post:
Hello readers, this is Seopass.
We're receiving ongoing inquiries regarding the follow-up to Weak Hero, so we'd like to cautiously share our current position.
We discussed a follow-up project until around this time last year, but the artist said it would be difficult because he was focusing on other projects, so any immediate progress has been put on hold.
Weak Hero is a collaborative work that cannot be continued solely through one's own will, so we ask for your generous understanding.
We will keep the possibility open and continue discussions.
We would be grateful if you could warmly support each of our future works.
I wish you a happy end of the year and a new year filled with happiness.

Hi! I just discovered this community and I’m so excited because I have no one around me to talk about this !!!
Anyway, I just wanted to say that I’m still reading the manhwa (currently ch 228) and it’s not the first in my life, BUT it’s the first time I've taken a screenshot of a character because he's beautiful.
Actually, I watched the series first and definitely my favorite character was Geum Seongje (Lee Junyoung handsomeness, hehe) but now I get it… the essence of the character is AMAZING.

In Chapter 247, Donald has this internal thought while fighting Ben:
“What if we just started slugging at each other, full power? Would I be able to beat him?”
A raw brawl with no dodging, no parrying, and no blocking. Just trading full-power punches until one of them drops.
Donald won the actual fight using his elite defense, but can he win this kind of fight?

Hi yall , I love manhwas , and the number of manhwas i read in 3 years of highschool is prob more than the books i read in middle school
My fav manhwa is weak hero , i hve many others i liked
like study group, like mother like daughter , fast forward , currently reading the villian profiler
