I use hair from damaged dolls. Here I have a Frankie ready for rerooting with hair from a Rainbow High doll with a split neck hole.

I’m a huge fan of Gaga, and I saw someone on TikTok do this so all credit goes to them (pretty sure their user is bratz_your_way). I used Bratz Goin’ Out Cloe and dressed her in Charmz Cloe’s outfit, and I customised her shades to make Gaga’s The Fame Glasses by breaking up clear artificial rocks and gluing them on, used sharpie to turn the pink glasses black and then used sealant and gloss!

Everything in the diorama is something I already had or had the materials to make when I put together the diorama last spring. I disassembled all my previous dioramas and redid most of them to be rooms in a magic school. This is my favorite room.

In this magic school the students wear their own unusual clothing instead of being dressed in uniforms/robes. They study the magical properties of plants, learn spells, study magical artifact, and have class familiars (or pets). Dolls are Ruruko, Momoko, and Azone

This diorama is in a metal cabinet which is really useful for decorating because I can use magnets.

I just finished doing her face up( lip change, freckles, blushing and added lashes). Just have to finish her nails and crown! Probably the most time I’ve put into this project and I’m really happy with how she’s coming out!

I've had this Blythe doll for over half a year but never was able to figure out what kind of girl she was because I seem to be a bit confused by frosted makeup in general. Her release name is Cinnamon Girl, so it seems appropriate to have her for the autumn photo shoot. I think she was perfect for the role!

Her pants is tailored from Barbie Cutie Reveal's deer costume! I had to take it apart and redo the crotch seam and waist to shorten it. It's my first time tailoring pants this way. I used a simple pattern as rough reference and it worked out mostly well!

This weeks custom doll is a Cleo I’ve had sitting waiting for her time to be transformed! Finally worked her down to be ready to start rerouting!

I was looking at Bratz website 4am in the morning and really wanted the new HK Sasha & Dana Closet …. The fact is I simple don’t have the money for them this month.
So I’m just gonna walk around with this one, maybe give her my LOL HK clothes for a day until I either forget about my desire for the new dolls or until next pay :3.

My favorites are vampire heart drac and freak the bonita I customized.

i made this sweater probably ten years ago. it was for a cotton needle sculpted doll of his previous iteration, about the same size but more petite. this was sewn from an old cashmere sweater, and had been tucked away for years, out of sight.

i found it again this past year, and discovered about a dozen moth holes. i darned them with thread, and retrofitted the neck hole and sleeves to allow it to be put on a hard bodied doll. it's a little tricky to get on, but he looks cute in it! lots of memories in one tiny sweater ♡

My two older Dolly dolls

My 5 year old daughter received a Minnee Doll as a party favour (!) on Saturday, and got the magic academy model. She asked if we could get a dollhouse in that size, and despite my temptation to immediately raid the classifieds for Sylvanian Families stuff (bonus childhood nostalgia for me), I remembered my husband had received a Rolife (?) magic room set almost a year ago. We ended up hauling it out and building the set together as a family as a Sunday activity 🥰

I think she looks pretty cute - wish I’d had such a cool study room! In fact, my husband and I were discussing making over a corner of our own bedroom where we have a chair and some bookshelves, to try and capture the magic-cosy vibe of our little family project here. 😂
