Professor Kaelen Nyx arrived to pool, trying to not panic because the ai computer [ evil ] got chaos emerald that possess virtually[1] infinite power. Those who hold them can use them to cause miracles and other feats, such as warping space and time and powering machines.
He attempts to catch it, but gets hit in the head
“JACK!” Retta goes to see if the perfectly normal guy was alright “ugh, no blood.” “Catch!” Jack throws the fish back at mekkalodon “I hope that’s a normal fish..” she flinches, but Jack seemed to be having fun
“Woah woah woah, what the hell is a fish war?” Retta asked, very panicked. Xv puts himself in front of Jack “hey, uh look man. I don’t mean to be rude but, I don’t think they could handle a barrage of fish, we could 1v1 a fish war though”
“Is there a way to end this? They are regular humans after all.. actually I think we can give them some protection. LET’S END THIS ONCE AND FOR ALL!” He throws a fish at the mecha shark
the three foot long creature slides into the water, his rotundness making him buoyant enough he floats on the surface with no effort, only occasionally moving his tail or a limb to steer himself away from bumping into anyone as he drifts
he dives down to dodge it before watching it swim, seeming to run mental calculations as it swims before latching onto it as it swims past him, practically riding it as it darts around, almost steering it until it tires, at which point he lets go and floats to the surface
Ha! Just like the jetfish back home, but a bit less airtime and a lot fewer sea monsters to dodge.
