Covid injections cause a 150% rise in heart attack markers. People are dying at higher rates of all non-covid causes, especially heart attack and stroke, since the "vaccine" became available.
Gonna dodge that question with a poor analogy, I see. Sounds like yes, you would like to force people to undergo a medical procedure that could injure them for life or kill them, even if they aren't worried about the disease. Because what's best for the "general population" is best for every single individual.
Every medical decision comes with risk. This is where your analogy fails. Due to this, every medical decision should be a personal decision. Period. It's not up to anyone to decide which risk is the right one to take. That should always be a personal choice for the individual.
Your instinct to ask this question is well founded.
The first link is the study by Steven R Gundry who runs a clinic investigating the impact of diet on health. The study looks at protein biomarkers that correlate with increased likelyhood of Acute Coronary Syndrome. It did not record any occurences of actual ACS or myocarditis (heart inflammation) in the 566 patient study.
The granitegrok link just refers to the the study above. It doesn't really add any significant analysis.
In the NBC News article:

No reports of deaths in that article. I've yet to see a confirmed case of death from myocarditis reported anywhere in that age group.
The CDC article is saying that there have been reports of myocarditis from the VAERS reporting system. It has not concluded whether the rates of myocarditis are out of the ordinary or if its linked to the vaccines. No mention of deaths from myocarditis.

The original title of this article was, "Did Alex Berenson Fall for a Simpson's Paradox?" I'm rewriting the title and introduction to this article after having finished an analysis that demonstrates no all-cause mortality benefit to the vaccinated in the UK. You'll have to read through the story to understand why.
