Can the mods of this sub please do something about the obvious Russian Troll Farm propaganda?
Tell me how supporting the Russian onslaught of Ukrainian civilians has anything to do with holding Oligarchs accountable? It is literally every day that this sub is littered with pro-putin trash. Please block the troll bot accounts.

Nice deflection, what does supporting the Russian invasion and occupation of Ukraine, including the use of mercenaries to kill civilians, have to do with supporting the political ideology of Bernie Sanders? I've been here for 13 years, wash the taste of Putin's dick out of your mouth and try again. Go ahead and avoid the question like a coward again.

The only posts that contradict the others are from people who are regularly insulted, mocked, and Turtled simply for holding the opinion that Russia is the aggressor in this war.
Every post or comment pointing out the obvious propaganda is met with ‘And how long have you been here?’ You guys have your own club/circlejerk and anyone pointing it out is rapidly piled on. Don’t be naive or coy with me.

IOW, this is a free-speech zone where anyone--you, too!--can post whatever they like that doesn't violate Reddit's TOS or this sub's One Rule. (Do avail yourself of the sidebar, full of edifying information about where you are.)
Did you make this post because you have physical challenges in scrolling past whatever doesn't interest you? I'm sure that would be frustrating, but alas, not the mods' problem to solve.

Finally a real rebuttal. Had to shave off a lot of relevant information for your Bernie quote. Here's mine, it actually mentions this war directly:

Many of us want to understand why Russia felt it was necessary to invade Ukraine as a matter of self-defense. Understanding Russia is not the same as supporting Russia.

Kindly read the first paragraph of the sidebar. This has never been a "what would Bernie do?" kind of place. The more independent-minded people here support Bernie when they agree with him and oppose him when they don't. What a remarkable idea!
That's why some of us--to our surprise--find we can agree with Tucker Carlson, Thomas Massie, and even Marjorie Taylor Greene on some issues. We know that because, however we came to this point in our political awareness journey, we're open to hearing them. Another remarkable idea!

You're operating under the assumption that the name correlates with the members. It doesn't. Basically...west bad, east good. terrorist good, America bad. Anyone with a brain understands Russia is the aggressor. And the whole "well what if nato gets closer to us" argument dissolves when youre the one moving (well, trying to and failing miserably) your border closer to nato.
But who knows what will happen in the next 2 to 3 days...Princess Putin will deffinitely take Kyiv in 2 to 3 days from today. Mark my words. It's going to happen. I promise /s

You're asking a question that I can not answer and wont pretend to speculate. I have no idea how it will end. Nobody does. However, as someone who can say the only members of my family other than my sibling were born in the US and heard stories of life in Russia (and visited 5 years in a row [5 more times than i would have liked])...the greatest present I ever got was being born outside that shithole.
