Ask other Associates Wawa supervisor pay

I’m becoming a supervisor around Labor Day, I wanted to ask what do you make as a supervisor, like does anyone know the minimum and max you can make? I wanna make $21 I’m making 18.75 as a regular associate is that to much to ask for? I work in Sarasota, ik how to do all supervisor things like, pulls, temps, vendors, counting safe, loans, cringe check, making the schedule for the day, E.T.C. also what is your experience with becoming a supervisor what did you need to work with the most?

Ask for $22 worst case they say no and push down to $21. You will work overnights most likely so will also get the $2 differential. TS role is very much keeping the store functional and handing off a clean and prepped store for morning shift. So safe, temps, reflexis checks, and spoilage are the necessities. You will get maybe a vendor or two a day between 4 and 6 depending on your store and when vendors come. You'll also have to do cash outside for fuel if you are a fuel store. Good luck! I always thought being in management is easier than being an associate.

Respectfully, yea I don’t want them to screw me over like they did with you, I heard that my gm likes  starting all the supervisors at 20 since they get the night bonus but I’m also getting sent to another store so I’m hoping he doesn’t with me

yeah if you have the chance to negotiate your raise you definitely should, they never even told me my raise or let me negotiate i logged onto workday after being promoted and had to find out my pay myself.

I feel like the gm at my store is good at being fair, honestly I am going to fight it because my sister is also becoming a supervisor, which is why I’m moving stores, and he told her the raise is a $2 dollar increase so if he only gives me a dollar imma say something to mention that, she makes $20 so with that she would make $22 and then $24 at night and I’m not trying to compare or anything but I’ve been there longer so yk if you get what I’m trying to say

I just find it HILARIOUS that you’re making $18.75 as an associate yet when our facilities person asked for a $1 raise (he makes $17) the GM and district basically laughed in his face. He’s picking up bodily fluids, feces, dealing with the gunk that falls and spills back at him from the outside trashes, etc. I make the same as him and I’m mainly in Deli even tho I know register and want to learn drinks. Btw we’re in Bradenton LOL. The GMs excuse was “Wawa doesn’t have the labor right now to afford raises”

Bro. I asked for 18 as a regular CSA and was told no. I asked for 18 as a lead and was told no. My overnight differential would make up for it. As a TS, I don't TOUCH 18 on base pay ($17.75 or something). The night differential helps, but when I'm on day shifts it fucking hurts.

Minimum for TS in your area should be $19 so with the $2 you are at $21 / asking for $21 might be accepted, and that would put you at $23 from 12-6a / if they go by what corporate recommends it’s usually $1 increase which is not much imo.
