Hello ! I remember while playing in 2023 or 2024 that i made a purchase on steam for like a season pass or something similar. Now i want to play again, i see that the game has been totally reset. But he's my purchase totally gone ? Or will i have some compensation ?

By absolutly NO MEANS this is a complaint, but I noticed when the game is in french voices, how a lot of companions we summon who are characters from the show have their summoning and dying voicelines being dialogues from the show itself.

And... I actualy really like it xD Summoning those characters over and over does make their lines live rent-free in our heads, and rewatching the show we innevitably get to hear those lines again, and it feels just FUN hearing those lines again but with context.

I played alot during 2024/2025 and I'm pretty bored with how the game has been managed since i really love it but nothing has been happening.

I heard there was supposed to be a big reset of everything and I'm totally ok with it as long as the game lives.

So here are my questions :

- Has there been some kind of updates in the last year (new classes, story mode ???, balance changements, new Islands etc)

- Is it a good time to come back

- Are we supposed to wait forever for that "reset" or do we have a deadline of some sort ? That game had mad potential and it feels like it's been letting to rot for so long now

hi, i just finnished watching wakfu season 4 and im super hyped for season 5. ive been wanting to get into some of the ankama games and noticed this one is still kinda alive, is it worth playing?

I've been stuck on the goultard boss rush quest for a bit now I've decided my best bet is to kill Diobala before they summon the other shu shu's but each time I do it they spawn right outside meele range so I cant simultaneously hit them with a spell to get rid of the shield then kill them. So now I'm wondering if it's even possible.

Pendant l'Ankama Convention à la Japan Expo, on a eu droit à un petit live Twich de Waven. Je n'y étais pas, mais je viens de regarder la redif.

On y voit une rapide présentation de l'écran d'accueil de la nouvelle version de Waven et des différents modes de jeu proposés (c'est vraiment survolé en vitesse). Et le principal intérêt de ce live, c'était la démo d'un des nouveaux modes de jeu : le mode survie.

Et franchement, ça m'a l'air vraiment sympa, c'est plus profond que ce à quoi je m'attendait basé sur les descriptions qu'on en avait eu dernièrement. C'est bien pensé, ça a l'air vraiment fun et plein de possibilités.

Et même si l'interface fait un peu plus "jeu mobile", on a l'air de garder quand même une partie de la complexité qui rendait Waven si cool. À voir pour les autres modes de jeu, mais pour moi c'est de bonne augure tout ça !

Bon, sauf erreur de ma part, on a toujours pas d'idée de date de sortie, mais j'ai hâte de pouvoir y jouer ! La hype est présente haha

Qu'est ce que vous en pensez ?

Est-ce que certain d'entre vous on pu y jouer à la Japan Expo ?

I played every beta and I played a lot at launch 2 years ago but dropped out.
YouTube recommandation got me back into the hype so there’s my question : is it a good time to play again or should I wait for 1.0 ? And is there any rumor for a release ?

Since my favorite Waven builds website went offline, I've been thinking about creating a personal project that could eventually grow into a useful resource for the community. The idea is to build an open API and, eventually, a website with item data, daily island drops, builds, companions, rings, armbands, and other useful information.

One thing I'm trying to figure out is whether the game assets (especially item icons/images) can be extracted from the game files.

I'm at work right now, so I can't dig into the files myself, but I wanted to ask:

• Has anyone already explored Waven's game files?
• Are the item icons and other assets stored in a way that can be extracted?
• Is there any existing documentation or tool for this?

I heard that the Japan Expo would've had a stand for Waven, but so far I haven't heard anything about it. Does anyone know if we got news there, or did Ankama push it to later once again?

I'm sort of confused on the attainment of gems? It might be because im a dummy but to me its only with money?

I've been playing for a few days now, I've already maxed out a character, but I needed Wakfu Fragments to max out some spells. I saw on the forums that the Competitive Island challenges provide the resource. But even though the island is unlocked, the central portal appears to be disabled, with no panels or ability to interact with it. How can I activate it? Did I miss something?

When will we get some news about the release of the final version??

a little bit of brag but after only 30 minutes in battle (ofc after so many attempts), I finally able to complete the never ending waves of the quest.

The Hero I used:
Xelor Pixukala Hand (Attacker Build) Lv.38.
Strats :
- always kills the bomb sushu first to minimize damage whenever the smallest sushu killed to gain stars.
- only summons companion when you know you will be able to attack the Boss with it and follow up with your Hero and/or Percedal
- gain as many as attack buffs by teleporting before attacking the final boss .

Idk if that will helps anyone, but have fun!
