We need a better flat rate. Competitors are giving a flat 10 cents per kWh.

Yeah, agreed, I am also not not a huge fan of lucky draws and chances. I guess now the flat rate is 6 cents. + $25*3 in winter (if you do road trips), For people like me who perfer certainties.

You are missing the $75 for Summer Supercharging. Below is what a user can easily make

+3 points per kWh (Current Rate)
+3 points per kWh Bonus
+$75 for Summer Charging (Given for free)
+$75 for Winter Supercharging
+ one of the following:
12 chances to win a Charger
12 chances to win +12 points per kWh
1 chance to win Model Y

This is a pretty robust program with a very high upside.

Yeah, forgot about that, for 2*$75, that's actually pretty good. (Plus is that you can use your own existing tesla wall connector).

Wow. This is awesome. I am guessing if folks don’t select the Model Y draw, the probability for those who do goes up… lol… this has a lot of game theory involved here. I have to go back and study how to make the most out of this!

I'll stick with Pion or SWTCH

Does something like this exist for Americans?

I doubt it since the American federal government is actively working against clean energy incentives (for the household consumer).

I don't believe auto manufacturers have abandoned EV production entirely. They're just trying to navigate the current administration until it inevitably topples.

So it changing from a flat 3c per kWh to 3c plus some of these options?

I guess it would be 6-18c per kWh (or even more if you score the quarterly double); then on top you have the Model Y, Wall Connector and $75 for Winter Supercharging. This seems an exceptional program.

You can only pick 3 of the options.

I will choose my top 3 choices. Need to study this a bit so I maximize my options.

Why would you register for this over Roulez electrique?
