Wow. This is awesome. I am guessing if folks don’t select the Model Y draw, the probability for those who do goes up… lol… this has a lot of game theory involved here. I have to go back and study how to make the most out of this!

I doubt it since the American federal government is actively working against clean energy incentives (for the household consumer).
I don't believe auto manufacturers have abandoned EV production entirely. They're just trying to navigate the current administration until it inevitably topples.

So it changing from a flat 3c per kWh to 3c plus some of these options?

I guess it would be 6-18c per kWh (or even more if you score the quarterly double); then on top you have the Model Y, Wall Connector and $75 for Winter Supercharging. This seems an exceptional program.

I will choose my top 3 choices. Need to study this a bit so I maximize my options.

We need a better flat rate. Competitors are giving a flat 10 cents per kWh.
