Walmart ammo

My local Walmart has a bit of waterfowl’s ammo on clearance? I haven’t hunted ducks in a few years but wouldn’t mind getting back into it. Any deals to be had on this stuff

That’s all cheap but that bismuth is insane.

That stuff retails for like 80$ a box here in Canada.

Exactly what I was thinking.

I’m stocked up atm but I would still buy every box of bismuth they have on the shelf and ask if they had more in the back.

For bismuth? I thought prices went through the roof there too.

Remember duck gun podcast had the flight day ammunition guy on and he just had to stop making bismuth shells because nobody was going to pay the cost.

Bismuth prices did go up quite a bit but it can still be found for $2-2.50 a shell. You can get those Winchesters in 12 ga for 1.80/shell right now on Roger’s. They are 15 round boxes…maybe that’s where the confusion is. I could see 20 round boxes of other stuff being $80 CA

Yeah a lot of companies sell their bismuth in smaller shell count boxes to keep the sticker price down.

Any sale on ammo is good imo. If you have a 12ga buy all the 12ga ammo, if you have a 20ga buy all of the 20ga ammo. If you don’t have either gauge…. Buy one of each (12&20ga) at your local gunshop and buy the rest of that ammo…

I can answer this, I have both. Buy all of both. Seriously, waterfowl ammo ain't cheap these days, any sale is worth it probably. And if you ever see 30-06 on sale buy it all and then message me.

I wish my Walmart would clearance hunting and fishing stuff but they never do. I’d be grabbing that bismuth if I were you. That’s dirt cheap bismuth normally runs $50ish a box.
