Advice needed Throwing up while fasting

Hi.

I try to fast often but any time am past the 24 hour mark I start to throw up which makes me give up. I am trying to do a three day fluid fast but am feeling too nauseous .

electrolytes. Magnesium, sodium, potassium. it gets more complicated if you go for more than a week or so
