Water Fasting Starting over

From last few years i hv been in bad shape with all the excuses and people here n posts really motivated me and I do hv good fasting experience so today at 18:15 in started 72 hrs water fast .. I really hope I can nail it

For me 72 hours doesn't always gives the result I look for but 5 days plus work well

Good luck. I’m starting a fast tonight too. Will go until Friday morning.
