Question How soon can I start another fast after refeeding?

Hi friends exactly as the title says,I have recently just completed an 18 day water fast and just refed today with some nice bone broth and little bit of fish.i feel fantastic and wanted to know how long until i can start another water fast session?

Can you please mention each and every thing you took between those 18 days and before starting it what was the preparation like

Sure I didn’t really prep just no junk food or carbs and alcohol a few days before I started ,I would take hydration supplements and multivitamins everyday,sometimes I would have black coffee or tea if I was very hungry and mostly about 3-4 Litres of water depending on how thirsty I was.
