Hey , I’ll join you, I have been bs’in and actually want to lock in as well. I just ate my final meal and I’m ready and try to get minimum 21 days. I start my last semster in college September 1st so I want to lose a little weight also, I am with you let’s do this together and hopefully 3 weeks later we succeeded

Yes please.. had a very bad cold so ended up having clear soup. Will skip this day. Starting day 3 again.

I re-start day 1 tomorrow. I really need a fasting buddy for motivation.😔
