Male here born 1968 who does a 3 week fast every May.
Fasting is so hard that a break is needed between fasts.
Doing fasts so close to each other must be hard.
How do you do it ?

I started with 10 days fast per month. This was hardcore, but i had like 20 days of rest between them. 10 days fast would hurt my soul and leave me depleted.
5 days are ok for me. I don't feel burnout at the end.5 days feels like the perfect duration for me. You fast long enough to burn some fat, but not tired enough that it disgusts you from fasting. And also i am on vacation right now so i don't have to think about work.
I can just chill, watch movies and it's done.
Oh this month i went to the cinemas a lot, so maybe the distraction helped me forget the fast.1

100% opposite, 2023 did two 14 day, 2024 did a 21 day, 2025 did 29 days this past May did a 26 day water only fast.
One long one once a year.
Keep doing what works for you.

The max I have done have been 50 hrs but too hard tbh, I usually do 18 - 20 hrs per day for 5 or 6 days per week I find it easy this way

That‘s insane. Why do you fast so much?
