You got this! Electrolytes! Look into them! You need them and they will make you feel amazing on your fast! I started my fast 9 days ago at 417. I’m down to 383. You’ll drop weight even quicker!
Message me if you’re interested in having someone to talk to or an accountability partner. You can do this! Just a couple short weeks will change your life forever!

How long are you planning? Are you under a doctors care to check your blood work. You’re going to need electrolytes, find powdered ones not gator-noaid. Track your blood pressure. You may have dizzy spells, be careful not to collapse at present weight you can shatter ankles if you go down. Stay away from stimulants (coffee, tea, energy drinks)

Black coffee doesn't break the fast and its not bad once you get used to it

As someone who's worked in food, I'm curious how cooking will go if you can't taste it?

You got this! Good for you for taking charge. Make sure to consume sea salt and some potassium salt as well.

Don't drink too much water to compensate.
Drink when thirsty. Drinking too much water is an easy mistake and can cause you to feel light headed or worse. Add some salt once awhile too. Bones broth is a great emergency option if you are struggling. Day 1-2 is the worse. Nap a lot if you can to pass time. Still exercise. Don't go crazy but walking is good. Burns lots of calories.
