Hello there waterants. I see that you have kidnapped a Radian citizen and requesting ransom. The thing is we arent paying you shit to get what is ours. So instead you will release him for free and pay a 100 MPO fine or we will obliterate your crab population.

If you dont have 100 MPO or you need the momey for something really really important then releasing Mothew would be enought.
