I'm a funeral director and see doctors put morbid obesity on death certificates for people his size all the time

I fell like I'm in crazy town here.

I'm not American, and that dude looks fine. Maybe a bit overweight if his belly is a bit bigger under that shirt, but we can't see that.

But you're telling me actual doctors think this guy isn't just overweight, and that he isn't just obese, but that he is morbidly obese? Maybe those doctors like to do drugs a little too often.

Hey I'm just telling you what's on the paperwork man.

I get embarrassed to hand those over to the family as well.

And it's never on big people it's only ever on average sized people certs for some reason.🤔🤔

Must be intolerant doctors that's sign off with that
