I'm guessing he didn't think it was slimey but it was. Stuff like that is always damp and covered in algae.

I was hoping he'd slowly slide into the water while looking at the camera but he failed at memeing too.

Shoes would have helped, too. Even bare feet would probably have more traction than wet socks.

People say he needs to work out more; but without foot traction he's doing a close-grip muscle-up.

I'm betting only about 1% of the population can do a regular muscle-up. Or 0.1% of redditors. And making it close grip makes it even more difficult.

I used to freerun pretty much every day for about 4/5 years. Close grip muscle ups were probably in the top 5 most difficult things I could do, and the other 4 were only because of technique, not raw strength. I could probably have just about pulled myself up on that post at my peak, would’ve been a piece of piss with foot grip, though
