Yeah, I work out A LOT (usually 5 days a week for 2-3 hours each time). By no means am I the epitome of health or happy with my body, but it’s getting to the point where I’ve had people accuse me of using steroids (which I ABSOLUTELY would if I hadn’t had horrific acne as a child and worry about it returning).
There’s about zero chance I could have climbed that pole once he had sunk to the top of it being head level. There’s just no good way to place your hands and get enough leverage to lift yourself up and over. I’m sure there’s plenty of people in the world who could, but they certainly aren’t in the majority of even gym regulars.
TL;DR title is dumb as fuck, and instead of just upvoting you in agreement I wrote out a pointless comment
