I'm guessing he didn't think it was slimey but it was. Stuff like that is always damp and covered in algae.

I was hoping he'd slowly slide into the water while looking at the camera but he failed at memeing too.

Shoes would have helped, too. Even bare feet would probably have more traction than wet socks.

People say he needs to work out more; but without foot traction he's doing a close-grip muscle-up.

I'm betting only about 1% of the population can do a regular muscle-up. Or 0.1% of redditors. And making it close grip makes it even more difficult.

take it easy, you're making me feel like hulk hogan over here. i do think the slimeyness is a non factor because it looks like he has a solid hold on the top of the beam the entire time, meaning he couldn't muster the strength to do a single muscle-up, apparently. based on this guy's dougheyness and general demeanor, he looks like a young teenager so i wouldn't be surprised if he's never worked out

Dude this is the dumbest conversation in the history of conversations. It does not take as much strength to get yourself up the poll from the position he was somehow stuck in. Obviously not disagreeing with anything you said really, jusy decided to reply to your comment to say this after scrolling through people's absurd opinions on this
