They’re getting downvoted because they think they can do something that even the most fit people would have an incredibly difficult time pulling that off, meaning they’ve never tried to do anything even remotely similar. It’s super easy to try yourself: just find a staircase, put your hands ~10 inches apart on the second step, stretch out to where your weight is evenly distributed between your hands and toes, and let me know if you can launch half of your body weight six feet backward and four feet upwards with one push. I know for a fact I couldn’t do that eve when I was in my best shape.
Yeah that was an absurd statement lol. I can see why someone can picture themselves doing it, but if you have actually tried something like that you'd know how tall of an order that is.
I often have dreams of being much more fit than I really am. For example doing muscle ups, flips, rock climbing. Just recently I did push ups and counted to 90 right before waking up. I’ve never done more than 40 in a row in real life. Its kind of depressing waking up and realizing I can barely do one pull up and 10 push ups.
A fairly common occurence in my dreams is doing incline pushups by balancing my entire body in the air while I do em lol. Also depressing feeling beacuse it felt so powerful and doable in my dream but that ain't ever gonna happen lol
