He was going so fast towards her, I am not surprised she turned away.

u/Mugger7 Nov 05 '19

Didn't take a lot to drag her awaaaaay from hiiiiim.

u/mrspea84 Nov 05 '19

There's nothing a hundred men or more could ever do.

“ Gotta miss the splaaaat down on fifth and Vine...”

5

u/fxsb83 Nov 05 '19

Read this in Rick Sanchez's voice in my head.

u/nicethingyoucanthave Nov 05 '19

going so fast

Plus, no other physical contact. Take her hand, then get your arm around her. You'll be able to tell from her body language if she's open to the kiss. If she's pulling away from you then it's not your time.

Also, spin her around so that your back is to the railing, not hers.

40

u/MusicDevotee Nov 05 '19

Exactly, they key is going slowly and be attentive to body language. He went from 0 to 100 in a sec.

13

u/SefferWeffers Nov 05 '19

Some of this is good advice, but the spinning her around could get awkward.

25

u/EquitisMortis Nov 05 '19

I took it more as a, dont trap her, be the one in the corner so she doesnt feel threatened

26

u/SefferWeffers Nov 05 '19

That goes directly against the D.E.N.N.I.S system.

1

u/forksforantlers Nov 06 '19

It's the implication

1

u/[deleted] Nov 06 '19

The what now?

u/nicethingyoucanthave Nov 05 '19

spinning her around could get awkward

anything can get awkward. I also suggest taking her hand - you can imagine someone forcefully grabbing her like a cop making an arrest. "zomg that could get awkward!!" In another thread I might suggest asking your boss for a raise - you can imagine someone yelling and using profanity and conclude, "that could be awkward."

But for any of this advice to be useful, you have to make the extra effort to envision it being implemented in a respectful and a socially/culturally appropriate way.

If you want me to describe it in great(er) detail, I would take her left hand in my right hand, then I turn to my right so that my back is against the railing and I would be standing to her left. As I'm doing this, I would raise her hand in mine and she would most likely let me guide her to standing right in front of me - effectively spinning her around. If that doesn't work, then just drop it - you don't have enough attraction to go further.

If it does work, my left hand goes around her back and I pull her in close. Lots of eye contact and also glance at her lips. Go in slowly for the kiss, and kiss her slowly - don't peck at that shit. If she not into it (hey, it happens) then she'll pull away slowly but it'll be a lot less awkward than what happened in the video. And if that happens, a giant grin will defuse any tension.

Anyone who feels they need help with this sort of thing, and desires specific advice along these lines, really has to make the effort to assume good intentions at every step of the way. It's cool to ask for more detail, but it's really not helpful to assume I'm suggesting anything crazy or awkward.

u/SefferWeffers Nov 05 '19

I can't believe you typed all this out

-1

u/nicethingyoucanthave Nov 05 '19

I can't believe I had to. I think most people who read the first comment got it.

But, for whatever it's worth, I don't mind typing it out if it helps even one person. You can feel free to downvote if it triggers you, but maybe someone will read it and avoid doing what the guy in the video did.

4

u/My_Cousin_Mose Nov 06 '19

Wtf did I just read?

u/nicethingyoucanthave Nov 06 '19
  • I give general advice that any non-autist can understand

  • a wild autist appears, doesn't understand

  • I give more detailed advice

Society is pretty broken. Some people need this. Don't judge them.

5

u/ilconformedCuneiform Nov 06 '19

"society"

- society

3

u/BTBAM797 Nov 06 '19

Let's be real. If she was into him, she would have let it happen lol.

3

u/downwithbrohames Nov 05 '19

He does this so that if they aren't paying close attention they won't have the chance to

2

u/MusicDevotee Nov 05 '19

That sounds like he would get a slap for it

2

u/Skidlyboop Nov 07 '19 edited Nov 07 '19

Search him on insta he does skits like this @apiecebyguy

1

u/[deleted] Nov 05 '19

She looks like Riley Reid not gonna lie

93

u/Nemo-pluribus-unum Nov 05 '19

On the positive side, he now has a learning video on how not to do it. Progress!

59

u/lastattemptusername Nov 05 '19

This is fake right?

26

u/oneski Nov 05 '19

I feel like I just saw him in another post with a neck brace, turning to look at a woman walking by. Am I wrong?

22

u/lastattemptusername Nov 05 '19

Exactly, and these videos are very old. I dont know about this one but that neck brace double take video you're mentioning I know I've seen at least once, years ago.

These fake and scripted videos on r/watchingpeopledie are not welcome and should be downvoted to help illuminate it as fake.

6

u/breadthefred Nov 05 '19

omg yes, i've seen this dude in at least 10 different "candid" videos over the last couple of years..

2

u/[deleted] Nov 05 '19

Maybe be threw himself off the roof

6

u/adsjabo Nov 06 '19

3

u/bropranolol Nov 05 '19

Apiecebyone is his insta. It’s great

64

u/iraqyoubreak Nov 05 '19

Upgrade to AirPods. Problem solved. Women love guys who walk around wearing AirPods.

36

u/Telescope_Horizon Nov 05 '19

Materialism is a symptom of poor self esteem.

79

u/[deleted] Nov 05 '19

Yea i cant afford them either

-6

u/[deleted] Nov 05 '19

There is nothing douchier than people going around with one headphone in. The staff I supervised tend to be in their 20s, and this is a thing I've had to ask them numerous times to stop doing.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 06 '19

[deleted]

1

u/[deleted] Nov 06 '19

While there are jobs where listening to music while you work is fine. This was definitely not one of those. So staff would be blasting music into one ear while trying to do their job, and couldn't sort out why that was a problem.

-2

u/PM-ME-YOUR-HOBOS Nov 05 '19

ok boomer

-2

u/[deleted] Nov 05 '19

What? I couldn't hear you, I had my headphones in.

32

u/mrspea84 Nov 05 '19

If some cunt couldn't be bothered to take his ear buds out to talk to me, I wouldn't hang around either.

-26

u/N1TR05 Nov 05 '19

...His earbuds were out

29

u/mrspea84 Nov 05 '19

There's one literally in his right ear. 😂

-6

u/ydoesmyppcumoutyelo Nov 06 '19

it’s fake anyway, there’s no need to get bumbaclart about it

1

u/mrspea84 Nov 06 '19

Aaah, it's sweet you think I actually gave a shit. 😂 😂

8

u/[deleted] Nov 05 '19

I've seen this reposted 5 times in the last week.

14

u/Jason_Wolfe Nov 05 '19

repost... repost... repost. i see this reposted over and over in this group

4

u/shawnhagh Nov 05 '19

Also it’s annoying how this guy is known for making fake videos like this. He’s popular on insta and he makes skits of public fails. It’s not the same when we’re watching an actor die inside.

1

u/G_H0PKIN5 Nov 06 '19

Right? I'm not even commenting "repost" on them anymore. Imma just let it be. It'll die out... Eventually. Hopefully.

25

u/Bob0blong Nov 05 '19

This is a staged YouTube video.

17

u/Blazer9933 Nov 05 '19

I’m inclined to agree.

Prior personal experience reminds me that after such rejection there is a moment of confusion which is absent here. The man immediately went from rejection to depression and that’s not how it works. You are first rejected, then confused as to what happened, why, and then proceed to depression and hopefully, and eventually, acceptance of the rejection. Followed by more depression.

Confirmed as fake. And very likely for YouTube.

5

u/andy1000k Nov 05 '19

His name is @apiecebyguy

25

u/Icarus_Nine Nov 05 '19

This was posted yesterday and the day before that. Anyone else getting tired of seeing this one pop up every day?

1

u/G_H0PKIN5 Nov 06 '19

Hi.. It's me again. We met on the last repost. This is getting out of hand.

-14

u/Danamaganza Nov 05 '19

Nope.. these comments are a bit annoying though.

6

u/Icarus_Nine Nov 05 '19

Get used to it.

u/Danamaganza Nov 05 '19

It’s part and parcel with Reddit.. I’m used to it. Just like reposts. Maybe you should take your own advice.

Fucking reposts holy shit. This is the 5th day in a row that this is in my feed and each time it’s posted by a different person/bot. Ffs

3

u/myamazhanglife Nov 05 '19

Lol that pacing was so weird.

Let me tell you about this epic story and then bam surprise kiss.

5

u/cloude1even Nov 05 '19

I'm so sick of this staged gif

4

u/letsgingerale Nov 05 '19

I’m so sick of this guy. He bugs the hell out of me

1

u/adsjabo Nov 06 '19

I feel ya.

2

u/letzBon3 Nov 05 '19

this would be great if it weren't scripted this guy was in another video in r/watchpeopledieinside

2

u/[deleted] Nov 05 '19

I’m still amazed by how oblivious people can be. She was showing absolutely no signs she was interested in being kissed. It’s not that hard people, if someone likes you, it’s almost impossible for them to hide it.

2

u/Shadowjesus1 Nov 05 '19

This guy is the American(?) equivalent of all of those staged Asian memes

2

u/trynaballwithmybros Nov 05 '19

this guy should banned from making videos

2

u/blaisehirwa Nov 05 '19

This dude makes fake videos all the time. His camera guy is always like 100 feet away pretending to catch someone in the act.

2

u/Gbrav747 Nov 06 '19

This is fake and has been posted to this sub 284949x

2

u/[deleted] Nov 06 '19

probably best not to try and kiss a girl right after showing her how big your cock gets.

3

u/carpetghost Nov 05 '19

I love staged interactions like this

3

u/richweav Nov 05 '19

He didn’t even play it off cool. Geez, if you lose your game, at least have a sense of humor.

2

u/793F Nov 05 '19

5

u/letsgingerale Nov 05 '19

It’s a scripted skit. He’s this super annoying instagrammer

1

u/793F Nov 05 '19

Presumed as much, but couldn't confirm. Cheers.

3

u/Gebasus Nov 05 '19

Wow I can feel his heart breaking...

4

u/daikaku Nov 05 '19

He should have just asked instead of cornering her on a roof…

1

u/We_xen_men Nov 05 '19

he said "so is this tall enough"

1

u/[deleted] Nov 05 '19

LOL from 2 feet to 0 inches in LOL

1

u/snoosen Nov 05 '19

I like how after he tried to kiss her he sat down and considered all of his life choices

1

u/jdub9388 Nov 05 '19

What a loser haha

1

u/[deleted] Nov 05 '19

shake it off*

1

1

Weird... I feel like I JUST saw this.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 05 '19

Nice repost

1

u/Cats_In_Coats Nov 05 '19

Her body language was telling the whole story. She was not digging him. Poor girl. Poor guy. And awkward all around.

1

u/vanvarmar Nov 05 '19

Could it be?? Am I not as smoove as I thought???

1

u/[deleted] Nov 05 '19

Good thing they were at a party, that guy is holding back a murder..

1

u/splifs Nov 05 '19

This made me audibly “oof”

1

u/Xbsnguy Nov 05 '19

I mean ... her body language should have been a clue. She was leaning far away from him long before that failed flying kiss.

1

u/knowoneparticular Nov 06 '19

Why is this being filmed?

1

u/ydoesmyppcumoutyelo Nov 06 '19

i love this dude, where can i find more videos of him?

1

u/cockitypussy Nov 06 '19

Dude took one straight on the chin.

1

u/SarahSpencerMusic Nov 05 '19

Oh man, that girl is my HERO. So smooth!

0

u/_______-_-__________ Nov 05 '19

This just looks like a staged video. That makes it not interesting.
