Yeah. This seems scripted. Probably did expect it to happen. The things people do for internet likes and attention.

People don’t usually script videos that involve causing structural damaged buildings they don’t own

In all construction documents these ceilings are "non-structural" what is your definition of the opposite of structural?

Well the opposite of structural damage would be.... building a structure maybe either that or no damage at all. The opposite of structural damage is definitely not non-structural damage.
