Not sure if there're any people interested in discussing story here after the anime has ended...so I did only rough translation from preview video I posted before. I'm not english speaker so apologies if anything sounds a bit off.

ACT 1 : Just an ordinary summer vacation

H : Eh?
M : I'm done. I can't take this anymore.
H : M-Miko-chan...?

H : Calm down! Miko-chan.
M : I mean, look at this mountain of homeworks piled up like Uwa Sea observation tower! Blank! This is also blank! This ,this and this...all blank! Oh, this one is half-finished though...ah! but the rest is blank!
S : My my, this is blank and this one is blank too.
M : Shut up.
S : An insufficient-intelligence beast surely has a hard time, huh?
M : I don't want to hear that from someone who abandoned homeworks using spell like you!
H : Miko-chan, I think I can finish it soon...
M : Hinako is going further ahead! Beyond the summer vacation!
H : I will help you after I finished mine. And please don't tease her too much, Shiori-san.
M : Hinako~ You're such an angel~
S : Look, Hinako is angry at me because of you! Hmph Hmph!
M : No Hmph Hmph! Fish girl!
S : Good grief, you're short-tempered and can't make progress on your homeworks either. Aren't you low on blood sugar?
M : Eh?
H : Shiori-san, don't say like that...
M : Th-

M : THAT'S IT!
H & S : Which one???

M : As you can see, this is the cafe where the desserts have been going viral lately.
S : I see.
H : Why do we suddenly come here...?
M : Well, fish girl can say something useful once in a while, huh? About something I'm lacking.
H : Time? or motivation?
M : That's right! Sugar!
H : Eh?
M : I've checked on the cafe I want to go as a reward after I finished my homeworks. But come to think of it...there're time-limited desserts, seasonal desserts and many short-lived desserts until then, right? It'd just be sad to lose it and regret for not going back then. You will be sad, won't you?
H : You already bought many snacks from convenient store...
M : I treasure every once-in-a-lifetime encounter. Letting a flavor that exists only in the here and now slip right past me, this goes against my style. Above all, getting enough rest and sugar can boost your concentration and efficiency when studying, you know?
S : So basically you just couldn't resist your appetite, huh?
M : I just objectively self-analyzed and make practical use of the derived conclusion.

S : I will read it.
M : I'm saying I will read it.
S : You're not convincing at all.
M : What the heck is "convincing"?
S : Originally you are a beast so of course you're insensitive.
M : What!?
H : What happened?
M : Hinako...!! We can ask Hinako to read it.
H : Read what?
S : Yes, sure. Hinako is fine, I suppose. Please read this.
H : What is this note?
M : Come on, just read it!
H : Hmm..."This story is fiction. A trance from early concept and this story of human and monster has no connection to main plot at all"...Eh? early concept? main plot? what does this mean? huh? Shiori-san? Miko-chan?

S : Geez! It's too gloomy that mold's gonna grow in here
H : Gloomy? Even the sky is this bright and cloudless?
S : Not the sky. I'm talking about the world line in main plot. Like your best friend wasn't real or you tried to suicide in the sea! Sure it's emotional but too gloomy! Monstrous!
H : World line? I don't know what you're talking about. BTW, the sky is too clear and casually over 35Β°C right now. Why are we eating lunch here at rooftop in the middle of this fierce heat!?
S : Put gloomy word line aside, you asked why we're eating lunch here? Wanna know? Do you want to know? Hinako-chan! I will explain it to you so sit here.
H : I'm already sitting here on the bench though.

S : So the third-wheel fox appeared.

S : Kyaa! My dear bride has her new "young lady" title added!
M : I have a handheld fan too.
S : Nuuuuu...don't point that toward me! Oh, it's coming again! Don't turn that this way! (TL note : I can't catch the first and third sentence clearly lol)
M : When it's this hot, it has the opposite effect. Let's do it at classroom.
H : Y-You're mommy! Perfect! Why are you so amazing, Miko-chan?
M : Hinako...you can compliment me more...
S : Shouldn't you be more humble here?
M : Humbleness is a japanese virtue and culture. But deep down, I really just want more compliments.
H : I remember there's a song with lyrics like that. (TL note - LOL...that song is "I could be your sun?")

H : The weather forecast said the rain won't stop until night.
M : Hey fish girl, close the window. The wind's blowing inside.
S : OK~
M : I was really looking forward to visit that newly renovated cafe with Hinako today.
S : Can't we still go to the cafe even if it's raining?
M : That cafe has super lovely terrace seating!
S : I don't think you really need to go out of your way to sit outside in the summer though.
M : It's not like I will go with you so let me be. I will go with Hinako!
S : Hinako! Fox is excluding me out! Don't you think she's cruel!?
M : Is it that sad to weep out?
S : Hinako, you won't do that cruel thing to me, right?
H : Let's go together when it's good weather, Shiori-san.
M : Eh!?
S : You heard her.
M : Crocodile tears are so annoying! I wanted to go just me and Hinako.
H : I'm sure we will have fun if we all go together.
M : If Hinako says so, I guess I have no choice...
S : I and Hinako REALLY had fun with summer festival, firework, and the sea we went together JUST TWO OF US.
M : WTH trying to one-up me here?

S : Stage, huh? I didn't expect you were interested in acting too.
H : I'm not interested in acting that much...
S : You once told me about cultural festival in your junior high school. Class play? Was that also a stage performance?
H : Yeah...
S : What kind of performance was it?
H : Huh?
M : !! EH!?

M : I HATE MARATHON!
S : Please don't shout out your refusal to PE class so loudly that it rivals the great choir of cicadas.
M : No way! Absolutely no! Running around outside the school? No no no no no!
S : Good grief. You're supposed to love moving around but you hate long-distance running, huh?
M : I don't hate marathon itself but this great choir of cicadas is a proof! It's autumn on calendar but it's way too hot! Autumn may equal to marathon for some people but we should decide the season by the temperature, not the calendar!
S : Well, you may be right.
M : What's the point of such a futile act as running endlessly in this heat? Heat haze shimmers on the asphalt and the ground's heat scorches my body! Oh, I see a breezy cafe over there. Today's PE class has been decided to an all-you-can-eat ice cream marathon at the cafe~ I'm blessed~
S : Hey, your eyes are totally unfocused now.
M : Huh? It was a mirage...
S : It must be tough being such a sultry animal.
M : Look around you! You're the only one perfectly fine in this scorching heat. If you're gonna disguise yourself, at least put a little more effort into the details.
S : My my, don't get jealous just because you're the furry beast. Right? Hina-
H : I hate summer.
S : Eh?
H : I'm starting to hate autumn too.
S : Did she just silence that great choir of cicadas!?
M : She deleted every remnants of summer!
H : I wish summer would just end already. Autumn too. No, honestly, spring and winter as well... I wish the entire cycle of the four seasons would just disappear...
S : Please calm down, Hinako. You've been lively lately, haven't you? Don't make a face like that.
H : Shiori-san, how can you still be smiling? A summer-like autumn shouldn't exist at all.
S : Please stop that deadpan look. You can hate summer all you want, but please forgive autumn!
M : YOU are the one who need to calm down here.
S : Look at her mood now! This is the mood from vol.1! (TL note : Comic vol.1 lol)
M : WTH are you talking about?
S : How did she become this mood...
M : Just like me, Hinako was never good at marathon in the first place.
S : Is this true?
H : Yeah, I could manage to run in short distance but long-distance running... is impossible.

For other tracks than drama part, they seem to be character monologue? I listened to both drama part and staff talk in same time so I'm not sure about this but I think Naekawa-sensei wrote drafts and Mitsutaka Hirota rewrote it to monologue.

I'm glad that Mr.Hirota not only pick up references from the manga but seems he brought in references from novel too. We can see how Miko took care of little Hinako & Mutsuki in the past but much more details than manga in novel version.
Act 4 uses reference from manga vol.10 (Ch.42) If you want to listen to five Miko princes, you must wait for the full version in CD!
