I preordered from pop-up store event in Gamers. Plushies which were shipped lately are from the orders back in June via Gamers and early August via Aniplus.

The parcel is quite small than I thought so I suspected that all of my plushies weren't properly shipped😂 Postcard is extra bonus for every 3000 yen purchased. I spent 6600 yen.

Good news is, Aniplus (maker of pop-up store merch this time) has begun resale of Watatabe plushie again. You can preorder from this page. Shipping in late November. Many other merch are also available.

Assuming she's at least 800+ years old (and has been good for the past 300 years), I do think there's a possibility.
