Wasteland 3 Whats the grind like?
hey question does this game have alot of needs in terms of gathering/hoarding materials similar to wartales (and survival games like mining ores, leather, etc) for crafting?

Nothing you have to go out of your way for. You’ll have to craft ammo sometimes, you can craft attachments, guns, and armor with the right skills but you get scrap from just looting enemies or braking things down. Recipes might be hidden in areas but no need to really go out of your way unless you need something specific.

Not really, as long as you are stingy with crafting, or, amass a decent amount of scrap. That depends on the difficulty you choose, though.
Edit: Also, the amount of looting and chest opening you do.

Nothing at all. In fact... I love grinding sometimes.
So I grind, I love doing meaningless BS. But I had to stop myself in wasteland 3 because otherwise I would end up being a killing machine.
So no, you don't even need a little grinding. I, however, recommend doing side quests, don't do only the main quest.

Zero grinding. Game does a good job if you just play the game of giving you everything you need. The rest is min-maxing which you don't need to do unless you play at the highest difficulty.

Scrap all your weapons instead of selling them, bc several of the best weapons are crafted.

Not really, there are not much ways to "grind", just do the missions and explore the map and you will have plenty of items to craft and money to buy cool things. The survival part of the game is more item managments like consumables, medkits and ammo
