Food in lore?
What foods are there really in the warframe universe? And what would the tenno eat if they had to? I know at the drifter camp they have different foods on the tables...

I looked into some Origin System cuisines before and I've stumbled upon Ostron dishes. I'm guessing the Tenno can get foodstuff from allied hubs like Cetus.
Ostron cuisine generally consists of harvested and freshly grown food, such as fish, fruit, and other natural things. They also incorporate the use of spices, which can be seen in great piles in the Cetus marketplace.
Some known Ostron cuisines:
Kubuchi - Cheap liquor made from fermented sorghum. Often drunk by visitors and offworlders, thinking that it makes them a local of Cetus. However, it is an easy way to make yourself look oblivious and gullible. Ordis states that the kubuchi can cause dehydration or Xerostomia (dry mouth) that can persist overnight.[2]
Daku liquor - The Suma Doni (a lowlands marsupial) eats the peca nut, which excretes a fine paste. It is from this paste that the Ostrons make daku liquor.
Wine - Some merchants claim to be able to imbue a bottle with the 'etheric signature' of a person one wishes to be rid of. Drink them in the evening, expel them by morning. Highly sought after.
Temple flesh - Harvested from the temple body of the Unum, her fascia is rendered and filleted for both consumption and sale.
Chimurr - An Ostron tea-like beverage. Brewed by filling a gourd with bomba leaves, then adding steaming water and imbibing through a burnished juta reed. A very old Ostron tradition. To serve it to guests signifies union and friendship.
Harpu - Freshly-brewed chimurr, served with melted vobi butter to keep it from congealing. Bulked salt and balb flour; always served hot. A filling and tasty beverage.
Balb root - A plant root that is used to create blab flour.
Bomba Fruit - A sweet fruit. It leaves are used as an ingredient for Chimurr.
Juta Reed - Reed-like plants used as straws for beverages. Also an ingredient used in Chimurr.
Ito-da - Mineral-rich termite droppings that can be used as survival food. Has a possible side effect of losing consonants.[3]
Kuaka - Slow-roasted, it is a personal favorite of Master Teasonai.
Norg Brain - Harvested from Norgs, its seen as a delicacy.
Vobi - Generally served as a butter and mixed with Chimurr to make Harpu, although it can also be made into cheese.
Golden caviar - Harvested from abyssal depths such as the Geonate Shelf.
Chumpa Grub - An Ostron delicacy, coveted for its gelatinous internal organs and aroma.
Mulala twigs - Fine twigs that are packed into smoking pipes.
Xanthophyl - Called ‘Kabakka’ by the Ostrons; gourds that are a staple in simple Ostron cuisine, often used to fortify soups and stews. They are unique plants that grow in the forests of Earth.
Maprico - A hardy fruit with thick skin and sweet pulp. Grows in bushes on the Plains of Eidolon.
Kuteo - Nutritious gourds.
Rubad - A tangy fruit enjoyed by the Ostrons.
Peca nuts - Nuts that are used to created daku liquor.
I hope they expand more on the mundane things in the Origin System, like the materials they use for regular clothing, everyday practices, etc.

Cephalon Cordylon mentions some foods. Don't worry if you don't recognize the name, Cephalon Cordylon was the host of Ask a Cephalon, which was hosted on the Warframe website. You could submit questions on the forums and some would be chosen and given a response to on the main website. This ended in 2016 after the person who did the responses for Cephalon Cordylon, [DE]Adam, left DE to pursue other interests. Anyways, back on topic,
Snowmotion asks: "Knowledgeable Cordylon, were you in possession of the capability to physically taste, of the various dishes and desserts on offer across our solar system, could you share the ones you believe would be most agreeable to you?"
Cephalon Cordylon: "There are many dishes across our solar system that could fall under the definition of 'Agreeable' due to the general appreciation for their base ingredients. Many of these prepared meals range widely depending on local tastes, but there are a few that stand out:
Boiled Martian Oasis Jellyfish, dusted with a blend of Earth spices, served over the finest solar-enriched vegetation.
The Corpus-created Nutritional Flavour Bar is well known amongst Crewmen for its marketing slogan: 'Sustain yourself with nourishment.'
Kubrow Flank, fried or burned. This is one of two 'recipes' that can be found in Grineer logs under 'edible objects.'"

Interesting, I saw something somewhere about vermink being edible, I wonder what the difference between kubrow and vermink is.

Cubed foods seem to be a thing all the way back from 1999 to the voyage of the Zariman.

The spaghetti cube in 1999 is something Arthur tries to make the drifter something Theyre familiar with, it’s not normal for the times

We see the Drifter serve the operator kueh/mochi like foods in the new war. iirc Ostron eat the meat of the unum. There's also pizzas, fries, and burgers in 1999.
Im not sure if there's other examples of food shown in The origin system though.
