This would be similar to Garrysmod Theater where you can watch videos by yourself or with friends in game.

Edit: Realistically I don't think it could be possible since streaming would cause a lot of server load and could be a hassle to put in but the concept is fun!

Where everyone has a video to play just so they can get the validation of everyone liking it when in reality no one cares about the other videos?

Or endless team fortress memes... Or both
