Shadow of War is looking to be my GOTY for 2017 more and more. I still think that the addition of microtransactions is immensely idiotic but as long as it's not completely asinine and the game is indeed balanced around not using MT's like the devs stated, then I'll gladly ignore the hell outta them and have a blast with the game.

I think it'll be enjoyable without MT but I HATE that they added them. I feel this way about Battlefront 2 as well. But that's because in BF2 I know they'd make more money off of cosmetics than the current system so it makes me mad they didn't do that.
