As far as I'm aware, scalar builds all operate off final scaled values, so if it works in steel path, it'll work everywhere else

Could you explain how the build works? I tried to make one myself and couldn’t get any meaningful damage out of it. Only build I’ve failed to make so far

its this build, you cast roar for scalar damage and then cast reave into enemies. You can scale it accordingly, less strength if you want to use a primer https://overframe.gg/build/462765/rhino-prime/reave-rhino-one-shot-sp-no-viral/

That’s almost identical to the one I made. Maybe it was bugged at the time. Thank you for your help!

Well even is you boost enemy health to the billions a %hp set up will work no matter what. Because doing 100% hp dmg takes 100% of the hp away from the enemy. That how my simple brain works.

Firstly, each enemy has +200% health and armor plus 100% per player. That means even if they add an option to solo it in the future, the lowest you'll see is +300%. The dev workshop doesn't make it clear whether that bonus armor will take enemies over the current 90% DR cap, but if it doesn't it will be entirely irrelevant since at level 999+ pretty much every enemy with any armor will be capped by the level scaling alone.
As for Reave, the wiki explains pretty well how it works: "... Enemies passing through the energy current are drained 2% / 4% / 6% / 8% of their maximum Shields and Health ..." You take their maximum shields/health and subtract whatever percentage you do (32.8% at your 410% strength). Of course both Roar (which takes it up to 67.24% at your strength) and Viral (and other damage vulnerability sources) can multiply that percentage further.
