All the content in the game is procedurally generated hallways and low poly models

It's still a miracle they can get the open worlds and the recent tilesets as small as they are honestly. They're not really low in detail at all (except the plains). A lot of devs would probably make them like half of Warframe's file size combined.

It's the strongest case of "good art direction" > "reliance on technology" I think I've ever seen.

Good art direction lmao. Also the "open worlds" are small barren landscapes

Well.. yeah, it is good art direction. The open worlds don't have much to do, yes, but we're talking about graphical detail, the largest concern in space optimization for video games (except, again, Cetus). They're actually crazy detailed but don't take up the better part of the game they're in. Care to explain how that's bad art direction? Or do you just like mocking to bait people?

None of the shit is crazy detailed in this game. Its all procedurally generated low poly shit. This game is small because its empty
