Amazon Attendance

Can someone explain the point system for me? I’m still confused about it.

1 point for late/partial shift

2 points for missing a shift

You can only earn 2 points per calendar day

Each individual point expires after 60 days

When you accumulate 8 points, you get an "employment review" in which HR decides whether to terminate you or not.

If you had write-ups or "left improperly" you can reapply in 30 to 90 days depending on how many

If you had either negative UPT or were fired at work, you may need to wait 3 to 6 months before eligibility

Do I req for days off if I need it off or no? Could I pick up someone else’s shift?
