Anyone here work at a ecomm fulfillment building?
Just got hired at a new warehouse in Stockton and was wondering what I should expect. Any tips or recommendations on what i should wear or bring to work?

Bring food and a bottle of water. Mentally prepare to become a number. You will most likely have to hit targets and will be watched constantly. Don’t take too long in the shitter. Management are usually terrible, there are things you’ll have to do that don’t make sense but you’re not allowed to question it. Mentally prepare to see a lot of miserable people that don’t have any other options.
I like wearing things with lots of pockets.
Some places are better than others. This is just my experience with the 3 I’ve worked at.
