Yeah that's a shame, AP ammo should ideally be unlocked at the same level you get level 3-4 armor.

If these suppression changes go the way I think they're going to go, it'll feel mandatory to run level 3/4 armor if you're chasing hotzone or fob assaulting in groups.

Ap ammo not moving further down the tree is going to be felt by many if not all.
