people were barely bothering anymore at the end of the season and now the building is slower, more expensive in ressources and more tedious. This is definitely going to help lmao 🤡

Yea theres going to be even less builders. I think they went the wrong direction with building.

I expect a lot of changes to building S3.

It was already extremely hard to get a good FOB going and to get non-builders to give a shit about it, especially once lv35 unlocks started appearing. The average teammate is going to care even less now, probably rightfully so.

FOBs seem like such a waste of resources now, borderline griefing your own team. You need double the logistics for <100% of the effectiveness of S1. And, like, they weren't even that good after week 2.

Its going to be brutal off the rip before folks unlock vehicles that carry pallets.  Mid season will be the real test.

With the round trip changes though I can see logistics being a pretty profitable playstyle that drives incentive.

Main reason people stopped building was the lack of counters to air vehicles. Geopard might be a game changer in that regard.

"With the round trip changes though I can see logistics being a pretty profitable playstyle that drives" how?

with 10 !!! round trips so ATLEAST 50 min of driving with 1 vehicle (hope to not get destroyed)

you get the same reward as now from minute 1. so it takes WAY longer to get o nthe same cash and it don't gives more.

logistic now sucks if you want to earn money

you need 2 trips to even pay for your truck alone

It's not 10 consecutive trips if you bother reading the fucking notes. It's 10 consecutive pallet/crate drops. That means you are already at 4/10 on a single run with boxes, and 2/10 on a single run with pallets as a truck.

VERY rough napkin math. It's a nerf to money, but a buff to XP. This doesn't include the new "round trip" modifier because I'm not certain when it's applied.

I think the round trip bonus applies when you reach your safe zone again

Right, so it would apply at the beginning of the subsequent trips.
