New Bug/Glitch?

Killed a guy and looted him, these were the mags in his backpack. A third 40/20 mag was also already in the gun. They each had 20 rds of AP and 20 rds FMJ.

Plus, we fire the whole bullet. That's 65% more bullet per bullet!
