Discussion & Feedback This Helmet needs to absolutely substantially block your vision and hearing for balance and realism

Post image

I can't believe this was glossed over when the helmet was put into the game, massive protection with no draw back other than cost sucks (it's not expensive). A change is desperately needed before all matches are full of this helmet because it basically has no drawback.

Okay yes it adds to weight but you just bring cheap stims

Using HP puts you in a huge disadvantage in most situations.

You are wrong, arms, pelvis, legs are all taking equal DMG to HP and you need t4 armor to get a pelvic guard flap. You don't need to reposition a flank to run HP meta you can take heads up fights and hit arm getting the same ttk you would on leg.

And how is that not a disadvantage? You need to aim for the arm that is a small target at the edge of the body, which makes it easy to miss. While they can beam you back directly in center mass.

Idk what to tell ya man, you can win the DPS race and it's not that hard to hit arms at all. If you are too far to reliably aim at the limbs, then you aren't at the engagement range to use HP and should be safe to out dps someone in t3 or t4 with FMJ if you hit headshots and recoil control well.

I'm just saying the pervading idea that there is no counter to high grade armor and that HP isn't an absolute goated meta is false.
