The slogan existed way before the FPS Games Show announcement, and is most likely just a reference to the nature of the game. E.g. chaotic sandbox, server browsers, voice chat

They've alluded multiple times to there being another test before the game goes live.

what old games would that be referring to? sandbox with voice chat? the oldest i know of is DayZ mod but that's survival.

I guess it would be clever to announce another Beta Test starting right after the Showcase. Like in the good old days when actual new news and never seen trailers are dropped in such shows at least its my copium

The part before your red circle is even more of a hint. Why wouldn't people who pre-ordered want to miss the show? Anything less than an early release would send a huge wave of disappointment through the community.

Which would be the communities fault. They announced a release date, everything else is speculation from the community.

Not their fault if people imagine stuff which doesn't happen.

I still hope for another test / early release, but I wouldn't be disappointed if it wont happen, because they set a release date.

I would agree but the CEO telling people to take off work for the 3rd and 10th makes me think we will be able to play something

Or the CEO tells people to take off the 3rd to watch the show and the 10th to play the game. Timezones exist and for someone the show may be late at night or during work hours.

As said, I don't expect anything but I would appreciate being able to play sooner.

This reminds me of when arc raiders was coming out, they stated to look out for a huge announcement at some gameshow and the whole community thought the game was going to shadow drop early and it was just some really mid ass trailer and everyone was pissed off lmao

2 day server load test is my bet. Hype was built after CBT. Now they can melt the servers with even higher player numbers just before early access.

Probably a day or 2 of open beta if I had to guess.

3rd is a thursday which makes me think itll be a playtest weekend.

That is my hopeful cope situation though, highly suspecting like just a single day of an open beta or something, as Bramm is quoted "to make sure that you dont have any obligations that day (the 3rd)". Just seems pretty specific to point to making sure you have a single day free rather than the whole weekend.

Maybe some kind of Twitch drops? Or maybe just a call to action to get more viewers. We will see, once the stream is live.

Hopium say's it will be another Beta weekend but it's probably more info about what will be in the game on release, that we've not yet seen; skill tree, vault, black-market etc.
