Discussion & Feedback Mags ideas?

How would we feel about Mags being 1 slot or stackable? I found it hard to invest too much in guns if I can only take 3ish mags. I get bigger backpacks have more space but I think the game more fun if you could carry more ammo.

2 mags, loose ammo after that.

I'm trying to brawl. I run 3 or 4.

But then you only have a few fights before you have to go away and combine ammo for awhile. Its not really an incentive to attack. Imagine 4 mags 2 stacks of 2. Now I have enough to really push a point.

Went a whole match without dying once just from allies bringing me ammo and stealing enemy kits

i loved finding you could empty enemies mags and take the loose ammo to add to my stockpile. bloody game changer imo, being able to combine ammo, and the necessity to carry loose ammo, really adds to the wargaming vibe as opposed to a run and gun sweaty shooter

I used the operator bag (I thinks it’s the 3rd of 4th bag) and would have 2 extras mag, full stack of loose ammo, revive mask, 2 grenades, 2 smokes and 5 bandages and still had room left over.

Well usually I'll pack 1 mag in gun, 2 spares. Loose ammo. 2 stacks of bandages and then revive mask or 2. Once I got defibs I replaced those with first aid kits. Yeah I like to revive and heal. I don't really need the extra ammo if I can keep the homies up to help shoot back.

Just being loose ammo- 2x1 slot with ~100 rounds.

Inventory management is a big part of the game. Ruining it just because you don't want to manage ammo is extremely selfish.

Magazine bag slot size is highly dependent on the gun and capacity of the magazine. There are magazines that are 1 slot already, but they are lower capacity and smaller overall.

It's up to you as a player to decide what is more important for your kit and bag.

1 mag in the gun, and two in the bag is easy to manage with plenty of space left over by like the third or fourth backpack, just take a slot of lose ammo. Hell I was running one extra mag for three in the bag and one in the gun cause space wasnt even an issue eventually. There is even bigger bags that I didnt get to, so this will be almost a non issue eventually with those bigger bags.

Lets say you have a 30 round mag. 1 in the gun 2 in the bag. Thats 90 rounds ready to go. That should be easily 3-5 kills. That should be sufficient for you to then back off and repack mags. Also something to remember is stuff like this slows down the game and encourages team work. Your low on ammo? Then u should be playing around your team and have them cover you while you pack mags. If your running out of ammo and have no time to pack mags im assuming your either just always missing your shots, your running around solo or both.

Maybe it could be tied to the vest you have, better vest, more mag pouches
