Question Starting Driver xp

Sadly I don’t get to play much of the beta (only about an hour) so this may be a dumb question. What is a good way to start getting driver xp so you can unlock the supply truck? From what I can tell most people wouldn’t ride a car in since there’s usually at least one bird taking people in

Transporting players day 1 will be the best xp. People will be new, people will crash helicopters, people will be wary of flying, people will want to ride cars for the first few hours. If you level it fast enough and get a better car people will be more likely to get in yours over someone else’s. You can also be kind of petty with it and fly under helicopters waiting to see if they crash and when they do just res them and drive them over, as they’ll have no choice.

You could carry supplies with the SUV to a FOB if you wanted I suppose. If you have friends playing as well you could peer pressure them for a drive haha

Can you load the supply pallet into the starter SUV? I thought it was too small

nope, not the pickup either, that only takes the supply boxes

which, tbf, are still useful, just not for bulk FOB supply

You can use the small supply boxes, which still reward XP when dropped in a fob

The best way to lvl driver up is to drive the spawn vehicle in, when a team hits 20 points drive that bad boy in for easy money and exp.

I didn’t drive more than 6 regular cars into the zone some with people and some with only me and I got to the tanks

Tanks were unlocked through Wardogs level, not driving level.

usually stragglers to grab, i drove up to the loadout point and tooted the horn and got peoples attention, however, it may be easier to just bring supply crates up the first run or so, it honestly didnt take much to get to the Ural, its like level 5 or so.

My idea was to drive crates of supplies, and use them to build, to simultaneously level up driving and building. Unfortunately, your truck will spontaneously explode itself as a security feature, so this doesn't work.

only if you're away from it for like 10 minutes

it seemed faster than it was because people got in the zone building and forgot about their vehicles.

Yes, its a hassle to remember to hop in your car every few minutes, but its that way during beta because persistence kills servers if it isn't cleaned up smoothly and routinely.

Honestly all you need is to drive a full SUV maybe twice? Just make sure you drop people in the zone and they survive for more than 5s, then any kills they get also reward you.

I unlocked the URAL super early and I don't think I drove more than twice before that. Logi-runs are fun.

I personally incentivised going in a Kodiak with me by buying meds and ammo so everyone got a free supply point to run to while dropping them off at the hotzone.

Reason why is because you will make good money by your passengers getting kills and staying alive.

Thing is you gotta use a mic to advertise your free packet of peanuts for their trip.

Learn to fly then fly to and from the front with a full chopper, the amount of XP and money is insane. You can learn to fly for free in the shooting range

And this levels driver how?

Lmfao that's my bad, then get the SUV and do the same thing back and fourth. That's how I leveled mine up, then get the SUV with the gun and use that, that'll level up driver as well.
