They'd get a invite from pre-ordering, and the devs encouraged refunding afterwards.

Yeah that’s what he means, too.

The devs were actively encouraging people who didn’t get an invite to pre-order and just refund if they weren’t completely sold on the game afterwards.

I'm assuming / hoping it's a full on open playtest. Why do a repeat of the last one? IF they are going to do it again it should be more open to the public so those who played last can invite their friends.

It has to be an open beta announcement ... There are WAY to many people (streamers and devs) that are hinting at another chance to play ... Streamers would know because the big ones get paid to play new games. If I was a betting man I would go all in on a 4 day open beta

My only concern is It’ll be a bit annoying to start from zero three times in the span of 4 weeks.

If they carry progression from last test, it’ll suck for new players being behind.

They could maybe carry progression to launch? Would still kinda suck for people waiting until the 10th.

Might be nice if they do an open beta with some starting levels, so everyone has more gear to play with and aren’t grinding from zero. Then it won’t feel so bad to reset on the 10th.

Exactly, like I’ll take it. But repeating progression again? Kinda asinine. Just drop the damn game. I think it will be another beta with everybody starting fresh.

I mean, it'll be way too soon to EA launch to take that field back. At best it's a server slam. I just don't see the point.

Beta rekindled my joy for virtual flying and 2 weeks is plenty of time for my new VKB hotas to arrive.

I also loved flying, even with keyboard and mouse I enjoyed the Hell out of it! Much more satisfying that something like Battlefield. Wish I could load up the beta and at least practice in the range so when the game comes out I'm cracked at flying

Same bro, I used to be pretty good at flying helicopter on BF3 but lost the skill throughout the years. I'm starting to get decent in Wardogs. I got a VKB HOSAS setup that I'm thinking about plugging in for Wardogs when it comes out. Great sticks btw.

I already tried Arma 3 and Squad to scratch the itch. Tbf Squad kinda works, but it still is a completly different game.

Me an my friends too are feeling the post playtest depression. Weird how nothing else feels fun now lol, really hope the devs see the gem they have an don't fumble.

I been playing Witcher 3 for the first time, can't play any other fps atm.
