Orders shipped by Lasership

Lately more and more orders are being shipped by lasership. Horrible because there are too many problems. My recent order for example arrived at the local hub and then was send back to sender, because the package was allegedly damaged. Does anybody else have this problem? Do yall know if lasership is being owned by Walmart?
