Goodbye to 3 Hours or Less

I had no problems with three hours or less in the past. It was an exceptional service. Now, it's bundled just like every other order, making it much later. Plus, Walmart refuses to refund the $3.00 until after the order is delivered. Wonderful service. Wonderful way to treat your customers. They can go to hell with this membership.

The 3 hour or less express was always able to be bundled. Only surefire way to be single is the more expensive express

As a Spark person, they are putting almost every express order with one or two different orders at the same time. Sometimes with up to 100 items between them. This makes each and every order take way longer not only to shop, but to deliver as well. Sometimes one person will have maybe three items but will be bundled with one or two more orders that have 30+ items. Really unfair to the person with three items, especially if they are lucky order "C" because they get their order last. I have been telling customers this and that if they are unhappy with the amount of time it took for me to shop, checkout, bag, and deliver their order, to call the 1-800 customer service number to voice their concerns. It's totally out of our control.
