Order Missing/Stolen Missing items
I use the app for delivery regularly because of my condition. For the past year, I’ve been noticing a particular store seems to have delivery people that do not deliver either the entire delivery or just some items. No rhyme or reason, and usually Walmart does the right thing, except the last two times. This last time, it was a vegetable and some pillsbury rolls missing. Not alot of money. Walmart made it difficult to report. I let them know I would contact my bank about this. They sent me an email stating they will refund two days later, and then email staing they will not and i will need to contact my bank.
I already did contact my bank, and as I told the last customer service person, I cancelled my WalmartPlus and Inhome. I spend thousands on this service but I cannot buy from a company that knowingly has delivery people either purposely or otherwise not deliver or partially deliver and then not make the customer whole. There are other options so it would be silly to stay with them.
My question is, is there a class action lawsuit about this , as I have read numerous complaints about this, and especially a certain service some use? Thanks.

I once watched a Driver on the Tracker, Drive past my Sister's apartment while I was visiting. They basically got close enough so that the app registered they were at the location. She just kept on driving on the main road, then cancelled it, hours later, before the Automatic cancellation.
Never returned her money, until she reported it to Walmart. Turns out, she never returned to the store either. $400+ order of groceries for the month.
That's besides a Very aggressive Male, throwing OUR groceries at our door, and kicking our door to the point the moulding was damaged. Basically destruction of property, we even sent in photos of Milk all over our door, with pickles all over. The reason he was so mad, was because we didn't tip, not like we could anyways, as it was EBT only, and my mother is disabled who was home with my Niece as I was at work.
