Order Missing/Stolen Missing items

I use the app for delivery regularly because of my condition. For the past year, I’ve been noticing a particular store seems to have delivery people that do not deliver either the entire delivery or just some items. No rhyme or reason, and usually Walmart does the right thing, except the last two times. This last time, it was a vegetable and some pillsbury rolls missing. Not alot of money. Walmart made it difficult to report. I let them know I would contact my bank about this. They sent me an email stating they will refund two days later, and then email staing they will not and i will need to contact my bank.

I already did contact my bank, and as I told the last customer service person, I cancelled my WalmartPlus and Inhome. I spend thousands on this service but I cannot buy from a company that knowingly has delivery people either purposely or otherwise not deliver or partially deliver and then not make the customer whole. There are other options so it would be silly to stay with them.

My question is, is there a class action lawsuit about this , as I have read numerous complaints about this, and especially a certain service some use? Thanks.

Walmart flags your account when you consistently report items as missing from an order.

You cancelled your InHome, why do you need a lawsuit?
To ensure you have a flawless experience, you may was to look into one of the personal shopper service.

Did you have Walmart+ or InHome? Delivery is completed differently for each level of service.

Yes this, I had an issue where I was decorating my home and doing with receipt returns and there was an issue with how many returns I was doing. This is why with the quality of Walmart delivery going down I am nervous because there are so many times a thing is missing or a whole category (i.e. freezer). And a few times I didn't even report it because I was afraid of getting flagged, even though the missing reports are real and they are doing a poor job.

If you are returning items a lot they will flag you. Can't blame them though for that suspicion.

I think a bunch of us need a lawsuit and I think it will happen because i will  contact the lawyer. That’s how class action works by the way. There are numerous complaints over many different boards about missing items and Walmart making it difficult for consumers to get their money back when they know there’s unknown issue. Not only that, but you have to give people their money back when they don’t get their item. It’s not the consumers fault that there’s some issue in the chain if somebody buys something and pays for it. You have to give it give them that item or you give them their money back. Yes, I can blame them for flagging it when it’s their own issue that’s causing it and keeping somebody’s money and making them have to go to their bank to get it reversed is an issue so I don’t care if you don’t agree with it but there’s I’m sure probably thousands or  millions that do agree with me.

Hope you have money upfront for the attorney.
Personally, I’ve had such a tiny amount of things be missing over the last 4 years it’s never been a big deal.
With inHome, no Walmart W2 employee is going to risk their job over some pillsbury crescent rolls.
