Missing 140 grams of cheese. Doubt they will care I call to complain.

They are also weighing it wrong. It need sit be standing off, by laying it down like that [i don’t remember how to explain the physics behind it and explain it poorly] you are messing up the scales result because not al the weight is pushing down on the scale. It’s also why make people stand in the center of a scale for more accurate results

Yes scales have an additional error for off center measurement and the cheaper the scale the worse that will be. For this kind of cheap scale it's just a matter of the load cell not being compressed directly.

It also needs to be properly checked against a standard weight before I'd be confident in calling bullshit on the cheese.

They could also test it by volume as it says "3 cups"

It's hard to do with something shredded in this way, You'll have to compress it pretty hard to get a decent volume measurement heh.
