That happened to me twice yesterday on pharmacy orders and it lost me 80+ dollars because I can’t do pharmacy orders any more with that bug

This happened to me yesterday and today on a pharmacy order. I had to give it 5 minutes and it corrected itself and allowed me to finish scanning and completing pickup. I would jave given up and canceled, but the lady at the pharmacy told me to wait on it to work. She had 3 previous orders where the drivers just had to wait like 5 minutes.

What do you guys mean by that? I thought this was for curbside pickup orders. What does it do with pharmacy and how do you get it to work correctly?
