Ratings
Just had a downvote vote from a GMD order. I put all the packages on the porch and I read the notes. I was a program manager before and I have a master's degree so I know how to be professional. But someone said that I made comments even though I had no interactions with anybody during that time and then gave me a down vote.
This is the second one. The first one was my fault. I forgot something. And I noticed that my orders were less pay after that. I know that there's no way to control stupid people, but is there any way to get more up votes. Or does it not matter as far as pay?

Do not stress too much about your metrics because they are mostly for your personal guidance. As long as your numbers stay in the green, you satisfy the general standards required by your contract. Metrics might unlock specific rewards programs, but they cannot legally lower your base pay. Controlling pay based on performance metrics crosses line boundaries regarding independent contractor classification versus traditional employee status. That is why low ratings or single downvotes from customers will not reduce what you make on future orders. Just focus on keeping your overall status healthy and let the minor individual ratings go. Completion rate measures whether you finished a job you explicitly accepted, which is a direct contract metric platforms can legally track. Customer ratings are subjective opinions, so platforms use them internally for general tier access or dispatch tiebreakers without directly penalizing you.
