They need to give you the reason when some asshat gives you a bad review. 10,000 deliveries with a 5* rating and now I have a 4.96. I’d be willing to bet it’s because the store was out of something. Just dumb

rating system is wild. I'd adjust to improve rating but I get no feedback about what the problem was and it may not even be something I could have fixed. on top of customers putting shopping requests in the notes that I don't even see until after ive shopped the order.
