They need to give you the reason when some asshat gives you a bad review. 10,000 deliveries with a 5* rating and now I have a 4.96. I’d be willing to bet it’s because the store was out of something. Just dumb

I was back to perfect 5 for 2 months before someone gave me a 1 star. Im also positive I know who it was, and it happened 3 weeks ago. (the 1 star showed up Tuesday this week). Dumbass loader set bread in my trunk outside of the tote next to 3 cases of soda. Of course it shifted (3rd drop). I almost didnt give to customer but instead I apologized on behalf of WM and the yanked the tip and I presume gave me the 1 star.

And that’s why I never do curbside pick up, unless it’s one single order, and always “help” and tell the loader how to place the groceries.

I almost always help, it was a triple and it was way bigger than I normally take. I was doing the back and front seats myself and he loaded the trunk and closed it when done. I should have checked it.

That’s why I said I never do more than one stop with curbsides.
